Scope & options
Existing tub stays. Base price covers standard tile sizes in a straight or standard offset layout. One standard shampoo niche, up to 12 × 20 in., is included; placement depends on existing framing. Benches, built-in or corner shelves, additional or oversized niches, large-format or very small tile, herringbone, and other intricate patterns are quoted separately. Tub replacement, framing changes, and concealed damage repairs are outside the base package. Plumbing labor, faucets, drain fixtures and connections, shower glass, and door installation are separate from the tile package.

Scope & options
Maximum 88 sq. ft. wall tile and 15 sq. ft. floor, plus standard cutting waste. Base price covers standard wall tile sizes in a straight or standard offset layout and a standard mosaic floor. One standard shampoo niche, up to 12 × 20 in., is included; placement depends on existing framing. Benches, built-in or corner shelves, additional or oversized niches, large-format or very small wall tile, specialty floor mosaics, herringbone, and other intricate patterns are quoted separately. Acrylic base is an alternative quoted separately. Structural changes, concealed damage repairs, and curbless conversions are outside the base package. The tiled pan and waterproofing are included; plumbing labor, faucets, drain fixtures and plumbing connections, shower glass, and door installation are separate. System compatibility and trade coordination are confirmed before the written quote.
Material allowances are product purchase budgets. Specialty tile, custom features, and intricate layouts are priced for their materials, preparation, waterproofing, and additional labor before work starts. Estimated working days cover our tile installation scope and allow for minor preparation issues and adjustments. The full project schedule is confirmed before work begins. Plumbing, glass installation, required curing, and unforeseen repairs may extend completion. Shower prices cover the shower area; bathroom flooring, vanities, and other bathroom work are quoted separately.

I started working in construction at 16, developing experience in tile, flooring, carpentry, drywall, and painting. After moving from Russia to the United States in 2019, I continued the work I enjoy here in Colorado.
Tile is my main focus today. I enjoy learning new installation methods and modern techniques, and helping homeowners turn their ideas into finished spaces.
N&J stands for Nikita and Julia—my wife, who helps and supports the business. “Euro” reflects where my experience began.

Are you insured?
Yes. N&J Euro Tile & Flooring carries general liability insurance. Contact Nikita if you need proof of insurance for your project.
Is the starting price my final quote?
The starting price applies to the standard size, tile allowance, and layout listed in each package. Nikita checks your space and selections before giving you a written quote. Changes and additional work need your approval before they begin.
Are tile and installation materials included?
Yes, within each package’s stated allowances. Your quote confirms the tile, waterproofing, grout, trim, and other materials included. Tile upgrades and specialty layouts are priced before work begins.
Who handles plumbing and shower glass?
Plumbing labor and fixtures, shower glass, and door installation are separate from the tile package. We confirm who will handle each part and the order of work before scheduling. Customers can also ask about installation of a premade sliding door they purchase.
Can I add a bench, shelves, or a special tile pattern?
Yes. One standard shampoo niche is included in the shower packages. Benches, extra shelves or niches, herringbone, large-format tile, and other custom details are quoted for the additional materials and labor.
When will I be able to use my shower?
The listed working days cover our tile scope. Required curing, plumbing visits, and glass installation can extend the overall schedule. We discuss the sequence before work begins and confirm when the shower is ready to use.
